How Digital Delivery Works

PonderPoint HQ sells 100% digital products — no physical items are ever shipped. Here's exactly what to expect after your purchase:

Instant Delivery

Your product is delivered instantly and automatically the moment your payment is confirmed. You will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
  2. A download link included in that email and/or displayed on the order confirmation page.

There are no shipping fees, no waiting periods, and no tracking numbers — your product is ready immediately.

Didn't Receive Your Download?

If you don't see your download link within a few minutes of purchase, please:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there.
  2. Ensure you entered the correct email address at checkout.
  3. Contact us if you still cannot access your product:

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will resolve delivery issues promptly, typically within 1–2 business days.

File Formats and Compatibility

Our digital products are typically delivered as PDF files. To open them, you will need a PDF reader such as:

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)
  • Apple Preview (Mac/iOS)
  • Any modern web browser

If a product uses a different file format, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

No Physical Shipping

Because all our products are digital:

  • No physical items will be mailed to you.
  • No shipping address is required.
  • No customs, duties, or import fees apply.

International Customers

Our digital products are available to customers worldwide. Delivery is instant regardless of your location. 

Currency Notice for International Customers

All prices on PonderPoint HQ are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) — the official currency of our store. We are a Kenya-based digital education brand proudly serving customers worldwide.

At checkout, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the KES amount to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate. This conversion is managed entirely by your financial institution. PonderPoint HQ does not apply any currency surcharges or conversion fees.
